Do you make custom cookies?

Better Bit of Butter specializes in custom designed cookies to suit any occasion. For orders larger than 36 cookies we'd love to help you by developing a design and color scheme for an exciting and delicious cookie that will surprise your guests. Custom orders may take a little longer to complete and will include an additional design fee. If you require a custome cookie then give us a call and we'll be glad to help you out.

Do you make cookies for larger events such as weddings, corporate or family gatherings?

We'd love to make your special event "cookie fabulous."
We have an exciting line of wedding favor cookies and are always creating new designs. For instance, you can pick one, two, or several of our cookie designs and we'll customize them to accent or match your the colors of your wedding or special event. We can also take your corporate logo or any other design and work it into a special cookie for you.

How long do Better Bit of Butter cookies stay fresh?

Because our rich buttery flavor is of primary importance to us we use no preservatives. This means even though you may think they're too pretty to eat, it's best not to let them sit for more than a week. If you must save them then you can put them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.

Do Better Bit of Butter cookies contain dairy, sugar, or peanut products?

Yes, our cookies contain dairy and sugar, and even though we don't use nuts in our cookies, the occasional PB&J sandwich is produced in our kitchen.

Do Better Bit of Butter cookies contain trans fats?

Heavens no. We only use sweet, all natural, Amish butter. Yummm.

Do you gift wrap?

Each order is packed in our premium black box with our signature blue and purple ribbon. If you would like additional gift wrapping we can certainly accommodate your needs for a small, additional fee, no problem.

How many designs do I get in a regular order?

You are allotted a set amount of designs to choose that will be divided up evenly according to the package size of your order. For instance, if you order eight cookies you can choose 4 different designs and your order will contain 2 cookies of each design choice. Please refer to the table to the left for choice breakdown. Will I get exactly what I see?

Yes. However, because the colors are mixed in small batches to ensure freshness, they may vary slightly.

How long will my order take?

Standard orders received before 7 a.m. are baked, decorated, and shipped by the third day using UPS 2 day shipping. Larger orders of 36 or more may require 7 days to 4 weeks depending on the order size and complexity. Overnight delivery is also available on most orders.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All of our cookies are individually wrapped and packaged in gift boxes lines with tissue paper. Those boxes are then packed in several layers of bubble wrap in our shipping boxes.

If any of your cookies arrives damaged please call us immediately and we will work with you to replace the damaged items.
